What to do? To Rent or to Own a Website?
That is a particularly option based on your company, budget, responsibilities, knowledge and other factors. If you have a small budget and really wants to know what is to have a website and the Internet exposure of your business, probably you can RENT one. With the rent we can transfer your own website registration or make a new one and you just pay for the regular fees for the registration and a monthly fee for the rent. The rent will include some changes, hosting and email services. If you rent you can buy your website at any moment later at no extra charge. On the other hand, if you plan to just go ahead with a new website or transfer the old one to us to be managed we can maintain the old one or design it, registered, installed, posted and do the maintenance. How do I get started?
All you have to do is give us a call to book an appointment; it really is as easy as that. You donīt need to start buying any special computer hardware or any software. In fact you donīt even need to buy a computer as you can view your website from any computer anywhere in the world.

What will my site looks like?
Thatīs entirely up to you. We consult with you on a whole range of design aspects to create the right look and feel for your website. Once the site is up and running, we can still change certain design aspects. After your approval, any other change will be billed to you or included in your maintenance plan if you selected one. Always we provide consulting on our best knowledge but the site look will be your decision.

How can I update my website?
If ever you want to make any alterations to your website or update some of the content, simply contact us with your request and we will make the necessary changes for a small fee or free if you have a maintenance contract with us (certain limits apply).

Can I add my own pictures?
If you have your own pictures, which you want, on your site then you will need to post them to us and we will scan them in. Alternatively, we have a huge archive of photographs, which may be of use to you. That is the Clients option.

What domain name can I have?
You can have any domain you wish provided of course itīs not owned by anyone else! We will register your website domain for you. Typically most domains can be registered for under U$S 25 a year or a best deal for more years. If you have already registered a domain name your self and wish to have it transferred to your website, we can make the necessary adjustments free of charge if you are under maintenance contract or you are a PC Solver Client.

Do I get my own email accounts?
Yes, you can have personal email accounts with your website name, each of which will be a variant on the following format: yourname@yourcompany.com. The quantity of the email accounts and preferences will be depending on your Hosting Company. In order to set up your email accounts you will need to have Microsoft Outlook Express or Microsoft Outlook installed in your computer. If you do not have any of them, also you can access your email accounts and emails from your hosting company website.

What if I miss a monthly payment?
If you miss a monthly payment your site will automatically be deleted from our system, thus we prefer all payments to be by monthly standing order from your bank. Alternatively you may wish to pay in advance and on a yearly basis, in which case you will then be entitled to a free month each year.

How can I promote my website?
We promote your site for you by submitting it to all of the major search engines on a monthly basis. We can also advise you on other methods of online promotion fee based at your entirely option.
